I had braces as a teenager and did not wear my retainer as an adult. I’ve found myself increasingly smiling less and less with teeth in photos. My crowded teeth were impacting my confidence and I decided it was time to fix that. I was a little skeptical when I went in for my smile scan, but my friend had success with SDC so I decided to continue with the process.

My aligners arrived on time and each set fit well. I did have to file some of them, but I didn’t mind that. I was satisfied with SDC customer service, any question I had during the process, I FB messaged SDC and they answered right away. My retainers arrived a few weeks early so I had them right when my plan was done. Overall I am happy with my results and found the process to pretty much match what I had expected and I would recommend to others.

Previously I had braces for bite issues and major crowding as a teen. Like many others, I stopped wearing my retainer and the teeth moved slightly back to where they were before. Because of this, I was self-conscious about my smile. I decided to do Smile Direct Club because of their telehealth convenience and also lower cost. I only had front teeth I was concerned about and my smile plan was 6 months.

As far as my experience, I followed instructions thoroughly and also made sure I had healthy teeth prior to starting treatment. My plan was 6 months and I was happy with the results after this time frame. I would recommend Smile Direct Club to adults whom may previously have had orthodontic work but still have mild flaws to work out.

I was always self conscious of my smile so I decided to invest in smiledirect. I thought it was affordable with a short treatment time. So far I can definitely see changes. I am excited to see the end results. I did feel like there wasn’t much communication during the process.

Back in the day as a younger kid I had braces. After a mouth injury, my teeth shifted a little bit. I didn’t have the cash to afford the expensive ortho method so I went with SDC route. Overall I am happy.

It is a great program. Just have faith and be patient. Nothing happens overnight. Even some of my aligners made my teeth a little worse at times and I thought I was regressing. Ultimately my teeth made great progress and I am very satisfied.

I had braces as a kid but stopped wearing my retainers in my 20s. I knew how my teeth were supposed to look and recognized that crowding that was taking place. Because it was a “simple” fix, I felt comfortable using SDC and my local dentist was supportive of my choice. Due to the hands-off nature of this type of orthodontic process, I don’t know if I’d recommend it for more complicated treatments, but it was the perfect choice for me. It has been 5+ years since I did it and I am still thrilled with the results!

I choose to go with SmileDirectClub to straighten my teeth before my wedding. So far I am on Aligner 9, I have 3 more to go until I am finished treatment. The process has been perfect, no issues at all, the pain was minimal and every Aligner fit perfectly.

My teeth are so much straighter. I am very happy with the outcome! The only thing I have to complain about is it would be nice if the employees communicated better with each other, every time you have a question you have to speak to a different person each time and keep re-explaining your situation, they should either assign one employee to each case or have better communication between each other. Other than that I am happy with the outcome so far and have no complaints about the treatment, the process was very fast, 4 months! Hardly any people noticed I was actually wearing aligners!

Smile Direct Club was amazing during the process. They offered wonderful support when I needed it, and they were thorough and consistent. The aligner quality was great, I never had one snap or break. Overall 10/10, would definitely recommend.

My primary concerns were my upper left tooth being slightly curved outward and lower molar sitting lower than my other teeth. I have lost track of the number of revisions I have had but, needless to say, I am awaiting for another to arrive. It’s been a minimum of 10 revisions, at this point. Smile Direct becomes less and less responsive with each revisions, requiring a significant amount of time to make the devices and get them out to me. I honestly cannot say how much longer this will take but I anticipate many years at the rate we are going. I am very disappointed with the entire process. There has been progress BUT the original “six month” time estimate was not even close to reality.
