Byte was a wonderful experience – from start to finish! The at home impression kit was simple to do (slightly uncomfortable but I’ve had braces so nothing new!) and they were very responsive to any questions. The little buzzer thing that you bite into actually helped relieve some discomfort throughout my treatment plan. 10/10 recommend!

AfterI had a huge gap in my front teeth and overbite. I looked at Invisalign and they cost double what byte was offering so I opted for byte. However, byte has the worst customer service ever. It is so hard getting in touch with an agent. It’s 2 years later and I still have not received by retainers. I do not recommend them to anyone.

This was during the time that the pandemic was in full swing and making appointments was difficult to do. I decided to try this specific company because I had read it was affordable and most individuals seemed to like their experience. I read plenty of reviews before selecting Byte. The entire experience was good, the only downside was that my specific teeth have a particular shape and required additional consultation. I am currently exploring a braces option.

ProgressBefore starting my journey with Byte I didn’t like to smile because I didn’t like my teeth. They were spaced out and looked awful. Since starting my clear aligner journey I have started to feel more confident in myself as well as my smile. I talk to people more often than I used to and smile a million times more than ever.
