Their customer service is very prompt and they have answered all of my questions. I’ve had to have refinements and it was a breeze. The HyperByte is awesome for reducing the treatment time and soreness. I recommend them all the time to my family and friends. I still have a few weeks left of my treatment but I am extremely happy with the results so far.

After getting some unexpected money I decided that it was time to try and fix the problem. I decided to try and start with Byte and was very hopeful that it might help. I was excited by the packaging, the ease of use and the customer service with Byte. I have not had any results yet. I have contacted them and had them send new retainers twice but I have not seen results yet. I wear them every day and they encouraged me to use the “hyperbyte,” which I do try and use when I have time. About 4 times a week. I included a picture to show that unfortunately several thousands of dollars later and I don’t feel like it’s been much of a difference.

From the impressions to receiving the aligners, it’s been super easy! Byte has been very quick and responsive! I’m only months into my 5 month process, and I can finally smile again!

Only 16 weeks of wearing aligners while I sleep and I get straight teeth. Also they come with a whitener and I love that! My teeth don’t even hurt at all during this process.

It was a total of 24 top aligners and 21 bottom. The first set was the first 15 aligners. I emailed with issues if excessive bleeding on 1/9/2021. explained blood was coming out from around the teeth and filling up his aligners. no cuts or abrasions. The teeth were moving, loose and bleeding. Was told it was normal. The bleeding was sporadic, we left some in for 2 weeks instead of the 1 week. Thought this might help the bleeding and loose teeth if it were more gradual. On 4/14 I had emailed we were on week 12/15. 4/19 they requested updated photos of his teeth. Had to resend them 3 times, as they were having “technical difficulties” over 3 weeks, they acknowledged the receipt on 5/9. stated it would be 3-4 weeks before the other liners to be shipped and continue to wear step 15 aligners until we started the next step so he didn’t lose progress. We were happy to leave the step 15 in and it seemed to help ease the bleeding and some discomfort. In the meantime we received the 2nd shipment. Because he was getting so much relief from staying in step 15 he continued to use them until October. On 10/12 I messaged them that we had went to transition to the next aligners and they did not fit. They requested we fill out a Professional care support request, which we did immediately. On 10/19 I emailed them to follow up, as I hadn’t heard back. They stated that they had sent an email. I received it later that day. they were requesting more photos/info, I sent. On 10/26 they requested MORE photos/info, I sent. They had us trim the liners/use warm water to get them to fit – did not work. We had to do new impressions. after receiving them they did not fit either. Meanwhile he was in the step 15 so long he got a bad mouth infection. Doctor believes from wearing same liners too long, they have bacteria build up. Since the “new” liners don’ fit again, we just want a refund. Upon denial, I filed a complaint with The BBB. They keep replying to my case that they will reach out to me, but I have not gotten any new correspondence. I know they offer a lifetime guarantee, but that doesn’t mean much if the aligners don’t fit. I would highly recommend choosing a different company.

The aligners were not moving my teeth as expected and I was sent refinement trays that are still not working on a few teeth. The customer service is good, once they finally get back to you. They answer you with in minutes during the buying process, but now it’s days to get an answer. I still would recommend this company as they seem to be doing what ever it takes to fix my teeth but I am disappointed it is taking much much longer then expected to do so. I still have a few months left!

I chose Byte because they had the best reviews. So far my journey with Byte has been great! My teeth are looking better than ever and customer service has been extremely helpful.
I had a problem with one of my teeth not tracking correctly and they promptly sent me a new impression kit to make new aligners to help this tooth. Currently waiting for my new aligners set to come in, I can’t wait!

My main issue is the minimal progress I have made after 14 months of treatment. I may be doing this for another 6+ months.

I’m on my 4th set of aligners and have had minimal movement in any of my teeth. Fortunately, Byte is willing to keep trying and I hope one day it will work out.

After researching prices and reviews, Byte was the best fit for me. So far, they are exceeding my expectations. The aligners have definitely been working as they have started to correct my overcrowding and snaggletooth. Throughout the process, their customer service team has responded promptly with any questions or concerns I’ve had. The impression kit the very first day was scary at first, however, after reading the step-by-step instructions and watching the how-to video it became a breeze. Advice that I would offer anyone thinking about moving ahead with Byte is to make sure your dental cleanings or other issues to be fixed before! I also love the cleaning foam they send with your aligners and all the little notes they send in each set of aligners. 5/5 so far from me!

My advice would be go to local professionals and save yourself money and hassle. Aligners don’t fit right and has been such a headache dealing with their team to find a proper fit and treatment for successful results.

I’m pretty sure that the gap formed as a result of my putting Bobby pins in my mouth before styling my hair, and I was concerned about my teeth crowding and causing other issues later on. I chose byte because I wanted something that fit with my busy schedule as I was a teacher and grad student. I had some issues with my treatment and my teeth never stayed in place, causing me to prolong some weeks as I noticed my teeth start to shift. I experienced some pain and discomfort in my mouth that made me nervous and I received conflicting messages from the company. There was confusion about who was my doctor and who was just a sales rep. I would not consider going this route in the future as teeth and bite alignment are no joke. I would rather go to a professional. The gap is still there when I don’t wear my aligner during the day and they said I would be able to only wear it at night after a while and that’s unfortunately not true.
