With an overbite, the upper teeth extend too far beyond the bottom teeth. This can result in a wide variety of problems, including jaw strain, uneven wearing of the teeth, and putting the upper front teeth at greater risk of breaking. Byte claims their aligners can correct mild cases of overbite, but do their customer reviews support this?
For the most part, yes! While it cannot treat all cases of overbite, Byte has done well with those it can treat. Customers brag about the affordability, ease of getting refinements, and the help they get when teeth aren’t tracking correctly. And as for results, over and over, reviews talk about the major confidence boost Byte delivers.
However, many people treating overbite tend to need more aligners to resolve their issues (sometimes 30+ vs. the standard 17). There have also been complaints about customer service as of late, so keep that in mind.
Of course, you shouldn’t just take our word for it — and you don’t need to! Below are authentic reviews from Byte customers with overbite.

The aligners worked good and very accurate considering that you take the impressions at home yourself. At first, the aligners will create a little tingling pressure on your teeth that will take some initial pushing through of the pain for the first couple days. You will get used to it and like the feeling because if means they are working 😅 I feel so much more confident now and I’m glad to have had the option to try Byte aligners. I feel like they have really straightened out my teeth.Helpful?Melanie V.Madison, WI1 year agoCrowdingSpacingOverbiteCrossbite
The first set (upper and lower) fit perfectly, so I guess I followed the directions correctly for the 2 sets of teeth impressions. Putting them in was a breeze and they fit snug on my teeth. I do have a slight lisp when I talk with them in and they are noticeable when I bite down, but thinking that might get better as I adjust to them.
My personal interactions and conversations with the company have been very good. I do realize they are geared towards selling a product, but my representative was very knowledgeable and straight forward when I asked about success rates, complaints, and complications. At no point have I been informed that this works for everyone or assured that it would even work 100% as planned for me.
Each new aligner set is snug when first put in, but by the end of the week has adjusted my teeth enough that they are easy to put in and take out.
Super impressed with how my teeth are aligning and no complications at all. I know this option may not be for everyone, but I am now at the point that I have seen great results and would urge you to try if you are at all curious.
The clear aligners are the best invention I have ever used and I’m one that had actual metal braces on my teeth in the past. The only issue I have run into is my insurance company has continually asked for additional information (3 separate times), so I am still waiting for the reimbursement to be approved and received. Even if for some odd reason the insurance didn’t come through, I would have chosen to do it all over again and because of the pricing I really can’t complain.Helpful?Alexis FOregon2 years agoCrowdingSpacingOverbite
I chose Byte for the Smile Guarantee, which I ended up taking advantage of. It worked for the most part. My bottom teeth were really crowded and the top had some spaces and twisted teeth. Byte totally fixed my top teeth and I love the results. My bottom teeth though got a little funky. Since the teeth were so crowded, by the end of my 3 month program, I told them that my teeth were still slightly crooked and that one of my teeth in the front appeared shorter than the rest. With the Smile Guarantee they sent me a whole new 3 month set of aligners to try again, even for the top teeth! I’m so thankful for that. My top teeth look even better, and the bottoms are still a little crooked and I still have a tooth on the bottom that is shorter than the others….but they did what they could with the technology, and I’m honestly surprised they worked this well and so fast.
Overall, I got exactly what I wanted! After I go to my dentist to shave my teeth (to make them all the same size) my smile journey will be totally complete! Sorry for the ugly pics, since I have an overbite I have to smile weird to show my teeth! Also, the first pic is actually about a month into my aligners.Helpful?Chris G.Phoenix, AZ11 months agoCrowdingSpacingOverbite
I decided to purchase Byte aligners because my teeth were not aligned properly for much of my life and I could not afford braces when I was younger. I chose Byte as it seemed like an affordable option that would help my issue within a reasonable about of time. My treatment was only supposed to take roughly four months and although I was skeptical I understood adjustments would need to be made according to what I needed. I did not expect to still be wearing aligners over a year and a half later. The issue with Byte is that every time you talk to someone in customer service, whether via email or phone, it is someone new who does not have any prior knowledge of your treatment. I repeatedly had to ask every person to read prior notes/history so I would not have to continue to repeat myself every time I got on the phone. Overall, I have had to have 35 sets of aligners after an initially prescribed 17, this seems like a severe miscalculation. As I said, I understand that adjustments need to be made throughout the process, but the lack of customized support really made this an unbearable process. I would not recommend this company to anybody planning to go through similar treatment, the only reason I gave three stars was because I am happy with the end result.Helpful?Alaena C.Collingswood, NJ11 months agoCrowdingOverbiteMidline
I’ve had issues with my smile for years now, once I had what was considered the “best” teeth in my family… UP UNTIL my brothers all got braces. I don’t like my smile, never really have, so when I was searching for a system to use I really weighed out my options. UNFORTUNATELY byte doesn’t take my insurance (or honor my old one) – so when I figured they were who I wanted to go with I had to start on a payment plan (that i’m still paying off). Aside from that however, my time with byte has been fantastic. Firstly, they provide you with hyperbyte which is a unique tool used to assist the aligners in shifting your teeth into place and easing any pain. Then they provide you with a foam solution to be able to cleanse the aligners as well as whiten your teeth at the same time (doesn’t taste half bad either truthfully). There are downsides too though but those are entirely on me… In all honesty I SHOULD be on week 16 or so but i’m on week 4 because for a while I was sick and chose not to wear my aligners, and then other days when I finally would I took them out midday and forgot to put them back in because I didn’t have toothpaste or a toothbrush on me to clean my teeth after eating and they instruct you to have clean teeth before putting them in. I should’ve really purchased the night time as opposed to day time so when making your decision be careful in your selection.Helpful?Juliette SherrillSurprise, AZ10 months agoCrowdingOverbiteCrossbite
I want to start by saying if you’re not motivated and consistent, this will not work. My treatment was going great for a while and then I kept forgetting to put the aligners in and one tooth was stubborn and would not move so I lost motivation. I eventually started back up again but basically from week 1. If you’re consisted and motivated, this is a great way to straighten your teeth without braces, but stay consistent or it will not work! I would recommend because it is cheaper than braces and easier if you don’t want to deal with having braces and bands and wires in your mouth, and it’s all from home so there are no dentist visitsHelpful?Kadi SandersFresno, CA1 year agoCrowdingSnaggletoothOverbite
I chose Byte as my aligner company. They got back to me with a treatment plan quickly and they give you an electronic model of what your teeth will look like with each aligner which is really cool. They also give you several payment plans to choose from, or you can pay up front to avoid interest. I had crowding on my bottom teeth with one that protruded out, which always caused me to bite my lip. This was initially the reason I wanted the treatment. I also had a top tooth that stuck out more than all the others that was fixed as well. Communication with them was great, and when I needed to extend my aligner plan they sent aligners out quickly. If you choose byte, there is a lifetime guarantee but be aware that if you lose any of your aligners it voids that plan. I gave four stars because there was two teeth on the bottom that didn’t correct all the way, but it could be based on the size of my jaw, and I was still happy with the end results and definitely recommend them. Not only did it fix the issues with biting my lip, but it straightened up my teeth and improved the crowding.Helpful?Brianna J.Buffalo2 years agoCrowdingSpacingTooth GapOverbite
I chose Byte because I read that they had really good customer service which was really important to me. I wanted to have someone there every step of the way and I definitely got that. The impressions kit was pretty simple (but uncomfortable) to do.
My biggest concern was my gap between my two front teeth and that has definitely been fixed. However, the crowding in my bottom teeth was not fixed and I need to get more aligners than I was originally supposed to have to correct it. What is nice about that though, is that I don’t have to pay any additional money for my refinement aligners. As for the aligners themselves, I definitely had some fit issues in my molars but the hyper Byte definitely helped with that and I got instructions to follow from customer service.
Overall, I’d give Byte 4/5 because it fixed my main concern, but I’ll still need more aligners to fix my secondary issue.
UPDATE November 2020: This company did a great job with my gap, however, I still have crowding in my bottom teeth even after my treatment. I’m currently waiting for refinement aligners and it’s taking about 2 months and my current aligners are starting to fall apart. Crossing my fingers that they get here soon! 🤞Helpful?Ashley G.Semmes, AL2 years agoSpacingOverbite
I chose Byte because it was affordable and the treatment time was fast. They have exceeded my expectations! I wanted to fix my gap and my overbite. The first couple of days they did hurt but after that, you don’t even feel them. Now, I love to smile and I do it with confidence. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Customer support alone has been by my side since day one checking in on me and I like that. Thank you Byte!Helpful?Jenny J.Boston, MA11 months agoCrowdingOverbite
I had previously worn braces over 20 years ago and due to not being consistent with my retainers my teeth shifted tremendously, especially my bottom teeth. Byte is a convenient and quick process that completely changed my smile. It honestly wasn’t until I wrote this review and took a look at my before & after photos where I realized how drastic the transformation was. It’s absolutely amazing.Helpful?Alyssa K.Swanton, Vermont1 year agoCrowdingOverbite
Years after having braces my teeth moved significantly and were very crowded especially on the bottom. I had looked into other options but byte was shorter treatment, more affordable and the customer service really convinced me to pull the trigger! Everything down to the packaging was so well thought out. The hyperbyte was easy to use and my treatment went by in a flash. When I got to the end and had one tooth that wasn’t quite where I wanted, they sent me 4 more trays for free. It’s now been almost 2 years since I finished treatment and my teeth still look great! I would recommend byte to anyone looking to fix their smile and their confidence.Helpful?Madeline M.West Boylston, MA1 year agoCrowdingOverbite
So for a long time I wanted to straighten out my crowding issue. I decided to try clear aligners since they aren’t very noticeable. I chose Byte because they had great reviews and the price was reasonable. The hyperbyte device was also a huge selling point since the claim is that it speeds up the alignment time.
Sadly, these aligners were not as comfortable as they say they are, even after filing the edges down. My mouth was all cut inside and was sore from the cuts. I contacted them and they said they were sorry for the discomfort but that my mouth would get used to it. I tried for a week and just couldn’t do it. I decided I could only wear these at night. They said that’s fine but that I should double my hyperbyte time and double the time of wearing each aligner which was fine. So I did that.
At the end of my time, even after wearing that last aligner for a couple months, the retainer they sent me was no where near fitting me. I asked them for a new one and they said I’d have to do the aligners ALL OVER AGAIN! I was not happy about that so I just used the last aligner as a retainer. Then eventually just stopped using it. My teeth are very slightly straighter. Not by much at all. The crowding issue is the same for too and bottom. Overbite is also the same.
The customer service is super kind BUT sadly they can only do what the company is capable of. I personally wouldn’t suggest them.Helpful?Sheri L.Saginaw, MI8 months agoTooth GapOverbiteOpen Bite
I’ve always been embarrassed by the gap in my front teeth. I wanted braces since I was a child, but was told the gap gave me character.
As I was getting older, my teeth had shifted pretty significantly and my gap was now an open bite (none of my teeth would touch together) and everything ended up being crooked.
I was embarrassed to smile for pictures or even be on camera for work in a time of constant zoom meetings.
I had seen an orthodontist and was told it would be $7,000 for Invisalign. No way could I afford that.
The reasons I went for byte was because of the quick treatment time, the 5 years worth of retainers that were in included in the plan, the ease of having everything delivered, and the fact it was affordable with the financing they offer.
So here is the good, the bad and the ugly.
The good: I feel so much more confident in my smile. I can smile in pictures now and I am not embarrassed to be on camera with colleagues.
The bad: Are my teeth perfect? No. But the things I was most concerned about have been resolved. I have a small gap that was shifted from my front teeth to a less conspicuous area on the side, but it is not noticeable from the front. It doesn’t give the “perfect” results that Invisalign can give, but it resolved my problems for a fraction of the cost.
The ugly: treatment was downright painful at times. The first few days of a new tray would shed my tongue, cheeks and inside of my lips. When taking them out it would sometimes slice my gums. I had to shave some bits off because of the intense pain, but once I figured out where it was hurting I could mostly eliminate it by slicing/filing. The hyperbyte helps, but when you are moving teeth that quickly, it just hurts. But a few months of pain was worth it to not be so embarrassed by my smile.
Overall, I would recommend byte to anyone that feels embarrassed by their smile and finds that Invisalign is prohibitively expensive.Helpful?Melissa O.Cleveland, Ohio11 months agoCrowdingSnaggletoothOverbiteCrossbiteOpen Bite
I realized that the crowding of my teeth was getting worse over time, and I didn’t like the appearance of my smile due to my cross bite. The company was incredibly responsive before I paid (I paid in full in one lump sum) but after that I never spoke to anyone directly or heard from them aside from boilerplate emails. I never spoke to a professional about the projected final result. I was so excited that I didn’t really think about it much, and went ahead with the treatment. I am moderately pleased with the straightening of my bottom teeth, but overall disappointed in the result. The rotation on my canine hasn’t changed, and my open bite is as bad as it ever was. If I had had the opportunity to speak with someone, and understand that Byte couldn’t fix my bite at all, I wouldn’t have bothered. My dentist has sent me to an orthodontist to have my bite corrected, so basically this was a waste of time and money.Helpful?Ashlyn S.Pittsburgh, PA9 months agoSnaggletoothOverbiteMidline
I decided to start an aligner plan with Byte because I saw they had many positive reviews and the price wasn’t outrageous. I decided that I was tired of my crooked teeth and finally wanted them fixed. I never smiled because of how embarrassed I constantly was. I was very happy with my end results and would recommend Byte to anyone that wants to make their smile even better. The process is simple, wear your aligners 22 hours a day and make sure you use your HyperByte tool so use can move onto the next set. Customer service was great whenever I needed to extend my plan and then order my retainers.Helpful?Amber G.Kentucky1 year agoCrowdingSnaggletoothOverbite
I heard about Byte on tik tok LOL. I actually chose them because they had the best deal out of anyone else I researched. My impressions came out perfect because my aligners fit perfectly every time. The process is super easy and if you ever need help from the customer support they will always reach out to you sometimes even when you don’t ask at all. They are wonderful. They are a legit team that knows what they are doing. I am just now almost half way done and my results are phenomenal. Plus if you have good insurance like me that helps a lot too. And if you don’t they will finance them. I would definitely give it a shot. They are amazing!Helpful?Elizabeth J.Boise, ID1 year agoCrowdingOverbite
After years of wanting to correct my teeth I finally decided to do something about it. I had braces when I was younger and my teeth have since moved. I started researching companies and had an Invisalign consultation. After being told the cost of Invisalign I knew I couldn’t afford that and looked for more affordable options. After reading multiple reviews and doing impression kits for both Byte and Smile Direct Club, I ultimately decided to go with Byte. Their customer service far exceeded SDC for me. I have had nothing but a positive experience with Byte thus far. Each time I have reached out with questions, the response time has been quick and helpful. I am still going through the process, as some of my teeth have taken longer than projected to move, but that’s okay. I am happy with my results so far. I still have about 5 more weeks until my treatment is complete.Helpful?Kamille F.Las Vegas, NV1 year agoCrowdingSpacingOverbite
My upper teeth were starting to crowd and were presenting misalignment while my lower teeth were spacing out further and further away from each other and it was starting to get worse over 2 years because my wisdom teeth were pushing out in the back. The reason I chose Byte was because I made sure to do research on the different brands and Byte seemed to have the best prices, best customer reviews, and best customer service. It was my first time hearing about this type of aligner and my brother mentioned Invisalign.
After searching for Invisalign, I started getting ads for other brands and everything I was looking for was provided by Byte. The process to begin was very easy and Byte presented very good manuals inside the boxes they kept sending, and included in the aligner kit was the Hyperbyte and some teeth whitening products. The service was exceptional and I definitely recommended them. My upper teeth have been corrected and my lower teeth are currently on the process of being corrected.
The only reason I am giving a 4-star rating is because when I started off and paid for the first time, the service was amazing and quick! It was very efficient. But after a year, they seem to be responding after a week IF I SEND THE MESSAGE 3 MORE TIMES. Overall, it was a positive experience and it helped my teeth.Helpful?Ashley LaneHouston, TX1 year agoCrowdingSpacingTooth GapOverbite
Hmmmm. Where do I start. The best way to explain Bytes process is DIY. Do it yourself teeth straightening. You are basically in control of your own orthodontic care. Bad stuff first. False timeline. I expected to get done with treatment in 15 weeks as prescribed by BYTE. I expected to wear each aligner for 7 days and switch to the next aligner right after. I expected to have phone calls answered and emails responded to within 24 hours. I expected for the treatment to work on the first set of aligners. None of the aforementioned happened. I am now on a 2nd set of aligners. It has been 9 months. I have to wear the aligners for 2 weeks each. The customer service is very SLOW. I chose Byte at night because I dont want to wear them all the day. I wear them for 10hrs at night and take them out. Have I seen progress with my teeth? Yes. Do they look better? Yes. But goodness! Its such a slowwwwww process. I am glad that I dont have to visit the dentist constantly. I am not happy that BYTE withheld important info like time frame. YOu are required to send in pictures constantly. I hope that the treatment works with the current refinement aligners I am in right now.Helpful?Adele B.Saint Louis, MO1 year agoCrowdingOverbite
I had braces when I was in high-school but only wore my retainer for the first few months. Since then my teeth have shifted quite a bit as I am 30 now and I’ve become unhappy with my smile. My 2 front teeth have started poking out and my bottom teeth are crowded again. I decided to get night time aligners through byte. I eat several times during the day and work 10 hour shifts with not enough time to brush and floss everytime I eat so daytime aligners weren’t ideal. With Byte I pop my aligners in when I get off work and keep them in overnight. They also have the hyperbyte which is a vibrating mouth guard you use for 10 minutes a night which speeds up the process and also helps with gum soreness from your aligners. Every time I needed something from the company they responded promptly. There were also a few things that had to be mailed like the impression kit (which you do at home, you don’t need to leave the house!), the first set of aligners, and then the last few aligners once they give you the okay on continuing your treatment. Those were all delivered quickly. Overall I’ve been very satisfied with these aligners and my dentist also asked me how I got my teeth so straight so quickly! I’d recommend to anyone who wants to straighten their teeth in a short amount of time.Helpful?Tara T.Urbandale, IA1 year agoCrowdingSpacingTooth GapOverbiteOverjet
I’ve been told basically since my adult teeth came in that I’d need braces. I’ve had a huge gap in my front teeth that I’ve always been super self conscious about, but never wanted to go through with actual metal braces (my brother did and I knew first hand how bad they could suck!) Also as I got older my lower teeth began overcrowding and one tooth was getting severely pushed in. After seeing all the new companies available that offered clear aligners I decided it was finally time to give em a try.
I went with byte because of the overall length of treatment time, cost involved for nighttime, and the user reviews. I spent a long time researching and still feel like I made the best choice.
The impressions were easy to do, just make a couple putty molds of top and bottom teeth, and they had my treatment plan up and running and ready to buy in under a week. My aligners arrived sooner than promised, too (I think around 2-3 weeks.) Their hyperbyte vibrate device was a LIFESAVER when it came to the initial discomfort. You can bank on those first couple days being full of pain! Their device is basically a vibrating mouth piece and I’d recommend buying it regardless of what company you’d use.
My initial treatment was to be 17 sets of upper and lower. Which seemed crazy low since I had a huge gap, but at the end of my 17 sets I easily could have called it finished and my teeth were at exactly what my plan showed. But, since I paid so much for my treatment and they offer a happiness guarantee I let them know there were still a few areas I wasn’t 100% happy with and they really worked with me to make sure I would be.
Initially they had me backtrack a few aligners to see if that helped. My issues were with one of my front teeth still being a little cockeyed (which I still don’t know will ever be fully straight but that’s just due to limitations of aligners period), my bottom teeth not being exactly perfect, and a slight gap in between my canines and incisors that I didn’t care for. Backtracking did help some, to their credit, but was not a fix so they sent me a new impression kit for free and then sent me refinement aligners. I think it took 3 weeks total to get all that done from my asking about refinements to having aligners, SUPER fast turn around considering the amount of new customers they have, and my communication with them was strictly email.
So now I’m in what they call refinements for another 17 sets but realistically if I stopped at any point between now (set 5 of refinements) and the end it was well worth my investment.
I can’t say enough good things about byte, honestly. I don’t know if I just got really great people on my case who replied quickly or what, but my experience has been nothing but positive and I expect it to end positively. The length of time based on my initial expectations doesn’t really matter in the end when my teeth are exactly how I wanted without the cost and pain of actual braces. My overbite/overjet is even vastly improved! I’m really happy and amazed with how my teeth look now.Helpful?Michelle T.Charleston, WV8 months agoCrowdingOverbite
Byte was fairly easy to get started with. I took the impressions and sent them back, about a month later I received my aligners. I wasn’t impressed with Byte’s communication after I received my aligners. When I got to the last aligner in the box, I realized that they had only shipped about half of the aligners, so I contacted them and they sent the remaining aligners. They were a bit painful at first, but I got used to them after a few days. My teeth moved some at first, but now my bottom teeth seem stuck. They won’t move anymore. THey are crowded, which I assume is the reason they won’t move more, but Byte should have known this would happen.Helpful?Snow N.Friendswood, texas1 year agoOverbite
I decided on byte because they offered a promotion to lower the price by $200. They somewhat meet my expectations on realigning my teeth but one of my tooth didn’t align perfectly with the rest at the end of the treatment. I tried to contact customer service by calling but they don’t pick up and I emailed them as well but they took too long to reply so I just settled for a permanent retainer. Their customer service is bad and slow and by the time they replied to me I have already put in order for my retainer. I also was under the impression that they also give me an LED snow teeth whitener and I emailed them about it but they never replied.
All I’m hoping for is that they fix their customer service because I paid for almost a $2k treatment and not have concerns addressed. But other than that I’m pretty much happy with my teeth turns out on pictures. My advice to you is that if you choose to pick this company have everything in writing about what is included in the plan. Make sure they specify if it includes the retainer cleanser and led snow whitener or not.Helpful?Jordan Y.Elizabethton, TN1 year agoCrowdingOverbite
I have had a great experience with using Byte! I had braces in the past during my high school days and after years of not using my retainer my teeth shifted back to being crooked and crowded. I chose byte to get my teeth back to their straight alignment. With the great reviews and even greater price I couldn’t pass it up. Byte has 100% met all my expectations. Byte has amazing customer service. I was actually surprised at how well and quickly they responded to any and all of my questions along the way. My advice for anybody wanting to try byte would be to use patience during your journey. I was looking into options for straightening my teeth and byte seemed to have the best reviews and shortest treatment time. While I am mostly happy with how my teeth are straightening, my initial treatment plan was predicted at 26 weeks, and I am now going on 55+ weeks of wear. Customer service is absolutely horrible and takes weeks to get back to you after the sale. They don’t assign care managers or anything and just take turns answering emails so even in conversations about the same question or problem, you’d have to re-explain what you want or need. Hindsight, I’d spend the extra money and go to a dentist for treatment.Helpful?Dannie Lynn M.Seattle, WA7 months agoSpacingTooth GapOverbite
When an orthodontist tells you to wear your retainer every night, you should listen. I didn’t. And because of that, I had a gap between my teeth. I wanted to get it fixed, but I’m always traveling, so seeing a dentist for invisible aligners wasn’t really an option. Even so, I was very nervous to try byte, not because of the company or because of invisible aligners, but because I travel so much. In the 12 weeks I had byte, I was on over 45 flights, in three different countries, and in nearly 20 different cities. I was worried that invisible aligners would add unnecessary headache to my travel days – especially trying to use them on long haul flights. However, in reality, byte was very easy to use, even when traveling! Now, I’m much more confident in my smile and love the way it looks. More than that though, I’ve seen my general confidence increase. And the maintenance has been easy too – two years out and my teeth still look as good as they did the day I finished my Byte treatment.Helpful?Angela W.Abingdon, MD1 year agoCrowdingOverbiteMidline
I chose Byte due to the ability to do everything through mail order. As of now, no issues with crowding have not been completely corrected. The aligners were not fitting correctly after the 10th week. I had a video consultation in order to determine next steps. Refinement aligners have been ordered to continue treatment.
According to my dentist, he feels that other measures will need to be taken in order for this to be successful. For example, slenderizing of the teeth in order to create space for movement.Helpful?Crystal AlbrechtTIfton, Ga10 months agoCrowdingSnaggletoothOverbite
I have always wanted to fix my teeth and found Byte on Facebook. They had good reviews and seemed to have a reasonable price. I initially received 15 aligners for both top and bottom. They were to be worn a week at a time and use the byte tool 5 min a day. Close to the end I contacted Byte as I did not see significant progress. They instructed me to go back a few weeks and wear them longer and use the tool for 20 min a day. I was also told I had 3 additional aligners for the bottom and 5 for too they were sending out. Towards the end of the expanded set I once again contacted Byte disappointed with my progress. I was instructed again to go back a few weeks. I continued for a few months and finally gave up. It always took more than a week for each response from Byte which led to several weeks as they always requested more photos in each email. I am disappointed and do not see a difference. I feel I wasted the money and will still need braces to correct my issue.Helpful?Scarlett H.Arlington, VA11 months agoCrowdingOverbite
Having used Invisalign with a traditional orthodontist for 5-6 years, there was still room for improvement. And since I didn’t have aligners, my teeth have moved quite a bit and so I was looking to get my teeth done again. I love that we never had to visit the orthodontist and everything is mailed, and we can log in whenever to the portal to view the treatment plan journey. However, the site wasn’t the most user friendly and there wasn’t much to it other than looking at how your teeth could shift after each set of aligners. I think this is great for someone who has had prior orthodontist/braces experience and is looking for some minor improvement but for more complicated cases that involve major transformation, I think going to a traditional orthodontist is necessary as it might require removing teeth to create space for movement. Absent that, it only allows for very small teeth movements. And it doesn’t correct over/under bite.Helpful? Results: 1 through 30 out of 90 results← Previous PageNext page →
