- Customization Options: Most companies offer very limited customization options — usually a choice of several preset colors, and that’s it. Pop On Veneers let you contact them with custom requests and they accommodate as many as they can.
- In-Person Scans: Usually the domain of clear aligner providers, Pop On Veneers gives you the option of in-person scans. While they only have one location, if you are nearby, it can make the experience much more convenient.

Pop On Veneers generally fit pretty well, although some customers have complained that their veneers didn’t fit their molars, or that they fell out while eating. But in many cases, the company will remake or adjust your veneers if they don’t fit right.

If you want to purchase additional sets right off the bat, Pop On Veneers lets you buy them within 90 days of your order for 50% off one set, 60% off two, and 70% off three.
These prices are significantly more affordable than traditional cosmetic treatments. For example, porcelain veneers can cost as much as $2,500 per tooth, and implants are roughly the same. Even dental bonding, one of the most affordable traditional options, is $300–$600 per tooth. Pop On Veneers cover all the teeth, meaning the savings are even bigger than you might realize.
Financing
If the cost of Pop On Veneers is a bit much to swing up front, don’t write them off. They offer multiple financing options, making it easy to choose the one with the terms that work best for you. Just choose which one you want at checkout — or none if you are happy to pay up front.
Each of their five plans comes from a different third-party financier.
- Afterpay or ZIP: Make four equal payments, once every two weeks.
- Klarna: Make up to six equal payments, either monthly or every two weeks.
- Affirm: Make up to twelve equal monthly payments.
- Partial.ly: Pay $99, plus a $50 initiation fee, up front, then make 16 equal weekly payments.
ZIP, Klarna, and Affirm may perform a credit check to see if you qualify, but Afterpay and Partial.ly will not.

The Start-Up Process
The start-up process is pretty standard for snap-on veneers — assuming you go with the impression kit. You place your order and the impression kit will arrive shortly after. Your kit will contain trays and putty to take your impressions, and also make a mistake on the first try (yes, there’s a small learning curve).
However, you can make your experience more convenient — at least if a trip to New York City is convenient for you. Pop On Veneers lets you come to their lab for a 3D scan instead of taking your own impressions, which is both easier and more accurate.
Shipping and Production Turnaround
After ordering, most people receive their impression kit within 3–5 days. It’s up to you how quickly you send your impressions back, though the limit is 45 days. Once they receive your impressions, you should get your veneers in roughly two weeks. You can upgrade to rush shipping to cut the wait down to one week.
Keep in mind that some things can slow this down. If you wait to take your impressions, it will extend the timeline. If your impressions aren’t usable, you’ll need to retake them with a new kit, which also adds to the wait.
Daily Wear Experience
You can wear your Pop On Veneers in most situations. You can eat while wearing them, except for hard, sticky, or tough foods. You can also wear them when drinking beverages up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. You should never wear them while sleeping, since they can break if you grind or clench your teeth. Whenever you’re not wearing them, keep your veneers clean and leave them in their case.

Everything above ties into Pop On Veneers’ overall customer experience, but it’s important to look at the finer details too. Things like guarantees, refund policies, and other items can truly make or break your experience.
Guarantees, Warranties, and Cancellations
You can only cancel your Pop On Veneers order if your impression kit has not already shipped. After that, you might be able to prevent the production of your veneers, depending on where you are in the process. Pop On Veneers backs their products with a 30-day warranty. “Once you receive your veneers, we offer a 30-day warranty to allow you time to evaluate your veneers and ensure you are satisfied.”
What happens if you aren’t satisfied? We aren’t sure. They mention another 30-day promise elsewhere on their site, but it isn’t clear if this is the warranty or a 30-day guarantee. Here’s what they have to say:
“Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your new smile. Therefore, we offer the option to remake or repair your Pop On Veneers, within 30 days of delivery, up to a maximum of two times. Remakes are not available if your teeth have been altered in any way after your impressions were made.”
These terms are pretty middle of the road. A longer coverage period would be better, and we’d like to know what happens if you get two remakes and things still aren’t right.
Refund Policy
You can get a full refund if your impression kit hasn’t shipped. Once it has, and assuming they have not started making your veneers, you can get a refund for the cost of the veneers minus any applicable deductions, which you can find here. Once your veneers are in production, there are no promises of a refund, though the company might evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.
According to customer reviews, however, deductions can drastically reduce the refund amount, and some customers even said Pop On Veneers declined or flat-out ignored their refund requests.

You can reach the Pop On Veneers customer support team by phone, email, contact form, and webchat. Their website says they are available seven days a week, but doesn’t specify hours.
