ProgressI’ve had issues with my smile for years now, once I had what was considered the “best” teeth in my family… UP UNTIL my brothers all got braces. I don’t like my smile, never really have, so when I was searching for a system to use I really weighed out my options. UNFORTUNATELY byte doesn’t take my insurance (or honor my old one) – so when I figured they were who I wanted to go with I had to start on a payment plan (that i’m still paying off). Aside from that however, my time with byte has been fantastic. Firstly, they provide you with hyperbyte which is a unique tool used to assist the aligners in shifting your teeth into place and easing any pain. Then they provide you with a foam solution to be able to cleanse the aligners as well as whiten your teeth at the same time (doesn’t taste half bad either truthfully). There are downsides too though but those are entirely on me… In all honesty I SHOULD be on week 16 or so but i’m on week 4 because for a while I was sick and chose not to wear my aligners, and then other days when I finally would I took them out midday and forgot to put them back in because I didn’t have toothpaste or a toothbrush on me to clean my teeth after eating and they instruct you to have clean teeth before putting them in. I should’ve really purchased the night time as opposed to day time so when making your decision be careful in your selection.

ProgressI decided to start an aligner plan with Byte because I saw they had many positive reviews and the price wasn’t outrageous. I decided that I was tired of my crooked teeth and finally wanted them fixed. I never smiled because of how embarrassed I constantly was. I was very happy with my end results and would recommend Byte to anyone that wants to make their smile even better. The process is simple, wear your aligners 22 hours a day and make sure you use your HyperByte tool so use can move onto the next set. Customer service was great whenever I needed to extend my plan and then order my retainers.

AfterI’ve always been self conscious about my bottom teeth alignment mostly but needed slight straightening on my upper teeth. My upper teeth only took 5 sets and my bottom a total of 17 sets. Im currently on week 15. I’m extremely happy with the treatment and results thus far. I have had so many compliments on my teeth since treatment started. The free teeth whitening is a plus as well and so easy to use. I was also able to get reimbursement from my dental insurance as well. The process getting started was easy as well. I definitely recommend aligners and Byte as a company.

BeforeI purchased Byte aligners because I wanted to straighten my crowded teeth. I didn’t necessarily want braces so I looked into clear aligner options. I also didn’t have insurance at the time, so I was looking for a cheaper alternative. I chose byte based on the reviews I read on people’s experience using this company. I compared it to other clear aligner companies and felt most comfortable choosing Byte. I was hoping to achieve a straighter smile and less crowding with Byte. I wasn’t in a rush to straighten my teeth and I already knew this route wasn’t going to be super quick. I’ve been using Byte for over a year now (I was originally told it would only be 16 weeks) and I’ve had to get refinements once. Overall, I am very happy with my experience. My smile has changed so much, and even though my teeth still aren’t 100% straight right now, I know they eventually will be. Byte has a guarantee that they will provide aligners until the customer is satisfied with their smile. This gives me enough confidence to keep moving forward with the process. Customer service is not the best at Byte, but all my questions have been answered, eventually.
My main concern is that nobody ever reaches out to check my progress, but I haven’t had any issues, so it’s not that huge of a deal to me. The whole process with Byte’s impression kit went really smooth. I’ve used 2 impression kits, one for my initial set, and one for my refinements. They were easy to complete and didn’t take much time. Other than the iffy customer support, I would say this company is really great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of lack of customer service. Overall, I am super happy with how my teeth are turning out and I would definitely recommend Byte to a friend!

ProgressI chose Byte due to the ability to do everything through mail order. As of now, no issues with crowding have not been completely corrected. The aligners were not fitting correctly after the 10th week. I had a video consultation in order to determine next steps. Refinement aligners have been ordered to continue treatment.

ProgressByte has been fantastic, regularly checking in and providing updates and advice along the way. Because of my rather complicated crowding, I went back and redid a few weeks and have only used night aligners so my progress is a little slower but steady and noticeable.
I love the hyperbyte to make things progress more smoothly and more comfortably and the whitener helps as well!

ProgressByte is definitely the best bang for the buck, the support is somewhat helpful, the price is affordable and it seems to be easy enough. I purchased my impression kit around early April, and purchased my treatment a few weeks after completing the impressions and return mailing them.
The impression silicon tastes awful and I gagged the whole time I waited for it to set up, the instructions were very easy to follow and the waiting was the hardest part. The impression kit came with a return envelope system, and I returned it through USPS with no hassle! I got an email around two weeks later, saying that they received my impressions and would work on the treatment plan soon.
The treatment plan took about two weeks as well, which is a slow turnaround. I had trouble with support after my purchase, emails not returned and calls would be bounced around the support center.
I received my aligners four weeks later. That is ridiculous. I was very unhappy with the time it took, my questions would be met with “it should be coming” and many would be unanswered.
The aligner box included the Hyperbyte, Britebyte and the aligners for the first 15 weeks and their case. It was all packaged nicely, easy to follow instructions and the Hyperbyte came with a cable.The aligners are reminiscent of cheap reusable waterbottles, it has the same texture and the printing and molding can be seen on the aligners themselves causing weird spots when wearing – they’re not exactly discreet.
If you’re not focused hard on a constant support team, or care to have checkups, it’s a good value.

BeforeI decided to get aligners because I’ve always been self conscious of my teeth. People would tell me my teeth “weren’t that bad ” but I never felt confident. After getting the aligners I’ve felt so much better! My teeth are straight and I look back at old pictures and see that my smile was crooked and I feel really happy with my decision.
The customer support was good. I need more adjustments after finishing my initial treatment, and they were always really great about getting back to me in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend Byte!

BeforeThe start process was simple and byte was easy to communicate with. I was updated along the way on the status of my order from the molds were received to reviewing to them being on the way. Once I received them that is when the communication started to get less responsive. I would reach out for support, get a generic response to send photos and then be told to either brush my teeth before wearing them or a provider will review my response. After completing treatment I requested an additional set because my teeth did not match the plan, I was told it would be an additional $600 even though I already paid in full. In the end they sent me my retainers and we went our ways and I was not satisfied with my smile as promised.

Byte seemed like a really great option since it was affordable and had a nighttime only option. I’ve had a mixed experience so far, though. I’ve followed my instructions for the most part (their was an extra device that broke for me a few months ago, so I chew on a bit of cloth to get the aligners settled now), but it’s taken way longer than the estimated six months for the nighttime aligners. I wish I’d gone with the all day ones, since I feel like it would be finished by now. The Byte team doesn’t proactively reach out very often. I feel like it’d be a bit better experience with more regular check-ins from them. Overall, I’m going to finish my treatment and I know my teeth are getting straighter, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the night aligners from Byte to someone else.

I was able to do my mouth molds at home very quickly and easily and then choose a finance plan that worked for me. Byte’s team has been with me every step of the way checking in on me and making sure everything is going great. BeforeI liked the idea of invisible aligners because I am in my mid 20’s and didn’t want to deal with the embarrassment or pain of braces. I liked the fact that aligners were essentially invisible. I did have a slight lisp for the first few weeks until I got use to them. An added bonus was weight loss due to not being able to eat while wearing them. A couple of pairs were a little uncomfortable on my gums but I would usually just file it down and it wouldn’t bother me as much.

The process was easy to maintan and fairly easy to make a habit of (e.g. cleaning aligners, removing them, Hyperbyte). Towards the end of treatment customer service took four days each reply to respond, which really was the only inconvenience in this process. Definitely would recommend Byte to anyone needing fast teeth correction.

BeforeI have never been more shocked on how easy and quick this Byte program is. Only 16 weeks of wearing aligners while I sleep and I get straight teeth. Also they come with a whitener and I love that! My teeth don’t even hurt at all during this process.

They have not yet met my expectations; treatment aligners sometimes did not fit properly which held up treatment.
I wanted to correct crowding.
Customer support is quick and easy to reach, minus some long wait times on some days.
The impression kit and teeth scan were easy to do but time-consuming.I would give this advice: to expect the treatment to take way longer than planned. Also- get wisdom teeth removed prior to starting treatment.

ProgressNot much change yet. I’ve had a lot of issues making any progress in my treatment. I’m on my 4th set of aligners and have had minimal movement in any of my teeth. Fortunately, Byte is willing to keep trying and I hope one day it will work out.
